Stephanie initially began studying Medical Chi Kung in 2005, as a strategy to enhance her personal health and well-being. It grew into an opportunity to assist friends and loved ones reduce pain, stress and discomfort in their lives and has now led to a general practice.
She enjoys the versatility and comprehensiveness of this system, and how it gently and painlessly urges the body towards balance.
In addition to her practice in Medical Chi Kung , Stephanie’s interests include Spanish, rock climbing, salsa dancing, reading and her personal spiritual practice.
